Banbridge Tourist Information Centre has re-opened at the new F.E. McWilliam Gallery and Studio on the Newry Road in Banbridge.

Opening Hours
Open all year round except for Easter Sunday and Christmas Day, Banbridge Tourist Information Centre has set opening times during which you can call in and get some valuable, professional travel advice whether you are heading north or south. The centre is open as follows:

June-September

Crafts and Gifts
The tourist office also sells an array of locally made crafts and gifts. The tourist office also stocks a good selection of maps, walking routes and books of local interest.

Genealogy Service
If you would like to trace your roots, then you can get in touch with the Genealogy and Heritage Officer who is based at the tourist office and can offer advice on how to go about researching family history.  It is here that you can avail of the very popular and genealogy service. All appointments can be made through the Tourist Information Office on the number provided below.

Local Tours
The office can customise a tour of the local area to suit your needs. So why not get in touch when you are planning your annual group outing? Experienced tour guides will be available to make that tailor-made trip all the more interesting and informative.

Events at the Brontë Interpretive Centre
The Centre also co-ordinates and manages cultural events at the Brontë Interpretive Centre in Rathfriland. Visit the events section to find out what events are are planned for this year.

Quails at the Gallery
Quails will offer the award winning high quality foods for which Quails, Newry Street, Banbridge are renowned.  Opening hours: Monday – Saturday 11.00am – 5.00pm and Sunday 11.00am – 5.00pm

Tourist Information Office at The Outlet
Tourist information is also still available at The Outlet at Bridgewater Park. This office provides a wide range of services and stocks all kinds of brochures, leaflets, books and maps.  This office is open as follows: 
Monday-Saturday: 11.00am–4.00pm
Sunday: 1.00pm–4.00pm
